I sold two bulk lots of inserts last week to a guy with a fairly new account. He paid with with a paypal check and I shipped via UPS after it cleared. He got it today and is now saying that only one of the lots was in the box. The lot he says he got was 850 cards. The box weighed 12 pounds and I've checked my room just in case I missed it. I weighed a full monster box (which is about what both lots filled) and it weighed right around 13 pounds. Also, there were parts of each lot in the last lot as there was overlap.

He's just sent me two ebay messages and has yet to file anything with paypal. I'll enter my tracking info into the transaction tomorrow when I get to work and see what happens. Hopefully he'll stop trying whatever he's trying.
