she didn't have an affair... at least not in the sense of her being married. I have no idea is she was in a long term relationship, but this was before she was married. This is hardly a scandal. FYI... sex is not bad even if some people want to think and say it is.

I don't have a problem with what she allegdly did. I do have a problem with the hyprocrcy of most of the people in her political party who would have a problem with this. And you are right she technically did not have an affair with rice in the legal sense even though she was already engaged to another man. She was accused of cheating on her husband with another man according to other reports.

Oh I'm sure if this was a prominent Democrat the re would be Republicans out trying to make this into a story. As far as Palin specifically being hypocritical... most people are completely different from when they are in their mid 20's to when they are in their 30's so I don't necessarily chalk that up to hypocriticism as people grow and learn and change. All in all, I wouldn't let a one night stand define a person.
