Funny offers
On another site I ended posting I had some money to spend. Make your offers, and if it was dealers wouldn't mind a great deal on that.
One guy offers me 5 boxes of 98-99 Collectors Choice for $25/each. Stated to him I didn't like that low end up too much, so he gets back with " How about the higher end stuff 01-02 UD MVP for $35/box.
Funny offer was funny cause Wal-mart sells Collectors Choice for $8/box and MVP for $15/box lol
Hope he didn't buy a ton of it.
So have you had any funny offers like this one where you got more of a laugh then anything

There's the odd time where I'll be looking for a simple insert/parallel or low-end GU of a Habs player and someone will get back to me looking for a card that's in a different stratosphere. Sure I'd love to give you a Gretzky jersey for a base parallel. LOL
Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...

I get a lot of offers on my highest value cards offering a bunch of Canucks base from 88-89 to 94-95.
When I say no, they come back by adding more, newer Canucks base cards.
When I say no, then and only then do they start offering cards that at least make sense, but by that time I'm slightly annoyed.

I hear you. At that point, even if you WANT what they are offering, you don't want to deal with them anymore. They'll probably send you a bill along with your cards to cover their shipping! Sheesh!
Just be a decent trader, already!!!
Sorry for the rant. Carry on, lol!

Where does Wal-mart have their cards in the store? I never thought of going there cuz I didn't know they carried them haha
Since I have like no LCS near me this might be the only alternative other than internet.

My walmart and targets usually have them by the photo-center, which is in the middle of the row of registers.

My Wal-Mart has them at the end of the toy section and in the "impulse buy" section at the register.
Zeller's used to keep them in front of electronics but now has them in toys as well.
