I tried finding more info about that signing and it says on their site, no outside items. They said they will hand out promotion photos and you must get some type of bracelet that will be handed out at the same location at 1:00pm. If that place wasn't as far as it was, I would have probably gone. Too far for me. Good find though Erik.

Maybe I should have posted more about the Schmidt event, since I went to an event there for Thurman thomas.

A line starts forming in the morning, idk how early. Then at 1 they give out a few hundred bracelets to the first few hundred in that line (if it even gets that long- for Schmidt I think it will).

then the player arrives at 4, and they let you in to get the graph in the order you were in line.

Thurman Thomas brought his own 8x10s with no casino logo and they were decent quality, but only because he was a replacement for Schmidt canceling so they didn't have time to print casino logo photos for him.

my mother in law got me Mitch Williams there at another event, and he was not a replacement so his was on a casino item. It was a decent quality 5x7 with the casino logo in the corner. Could be worse I guess. They also have a professional photographer snapping posed photos as you go through the line so you get a pic with. They use the pics for promo purposes on Facebook.

after Thomas finished signing, me and a bunch of graphers bum rushed his booth and he signed all our outside items. He was a nice guy. I'd say there's about a 0% chance that works on Schmidt.

It is amazing to think that you can get anything signed for free from Schmidt! I am jealous!

hes already cancelled this event twice, so I will reserve judgment until I actually get him. Last couple times though it was never on the website, so I take it to mean that means he confirmed the appearance.

And yeah, I'd be happy to get him on a dinner napkin haha- he's one of the only philly guys I still need.
