    Jaro Halak Adds Tribute to Pavol Demitra on Mask

    The backplate honors Halak's Olympian teammate, Pavol Demitra. Demitra, who played for the St. Louis Blues for eight seasons, was killed last Wednesday when the plane carrying his Lokomotiv Yaroslavl team crashed, killing all but one on board. Tributes are coming in from around the league for players that either played with individuals or who played on the team for some time. Halak's tribute to his friend and teammate might be the most striking one of all.
