Topps Jumbo Update x2.
6 hits, 2 of them guaranteed to be Autos, plus the product has a lot of fun inserts in it (Kimball's Champions, diamond parallels, Hope diamond parallels, etc.) AND you get 20 Diamond Code Giveaway cards, which you can sell for $2-4 apiece or use them to potentially get some sweet cards.
Just my 2 cents.

Has anyone busted either of these boxes recently? Curious to see how you guys did. I like Pro Debut because it's more hits for less money.

I don't know much about any of these, but would go with 2011 Topps Update if it was me. I liked Pro Debut as well, but there was little value in those, but good chances at some autos.

Since you're not getting a ton of more input, I figured more from me might be helpful!
With 2011 Topps Pro Debut the only player I've ever heard of is Bryce Harper. So you could end up with 8 hits of players that may never make it to the major leagues. It's a pretty limited niche market for minor league players as far as I can tell, though if you manage to hit a Harper you've got a solid product.
With 2011 Topps Update, you'll get 6 hits of players who made it to the Major Leagues. You may have still never heard of them, but they're in major league uniforms. Team supercollectors may still find value in their cards and you'll probably have an easier time trading those cards for ones you want. It's a little spendier, but you also get more. I think the inserts look great, some of them are really fun, and the diamond giveaway game is great. Plus, Topps may do a wrapper redemption and you'll get even more cards if you choose to participate.
Full disclosure, I have pre-ordered 2 HTA JUMBO boxes of 2011 Topps Update myself, and would never touch a minor league product with a 10 foot pole.
