    Questions About Shipping Oversea.

    Hey everyone,

I just last night sold a card on Ebay, and the buyer is in Sweden.. The card sold for $73, but is potentialy worth more, although there is no BV for it.

I am going to be sending it via Global Priority Mail, but have no clue as to whether or not I have to fill out any forms for duties due at customs. Reading the USPS website just has me more confused because I really don't know how I should state the value of the item. Should it be $73, if so, what does that mean for the buyer? Any clue on what the duties on an item priced at $73 would carry?

So, anyone with experience shipping to Europe or anywhere overseas, please let me know how I should approach this because I am thoroughly confused.

I have shipped overseas & w/ global priority. Sometimes, they let it go at that. If they are thorough, they make you fill out a customs form. I declare the value @ book value.

    Hope that helps.
