Hi y'all,
Just got back into cards after not buying a card for 20 years. I am a small time collector but love to trade. No trade is too small for me. Collecting SF Giants. Love getting cards in the mail. Mainly Lincecum, Sandoval, Posey, Cain, Wilson, Bumgardner. I work as a firefighter/paramedic in the Bay area. Question- is there a forum that is better for the smaller trader? I have made trades on SCF, BlowOutCards and Beckett? But I hate the response - "not worth the postage"

Welcome to SCF- I hate the term 'not worth the postage', too. BTW- adjust your signature so it fits SCF rules ;)

Hey pickoff,
Welcome to site......I think you will find that the people who are not interested in trading small or low-end are on all of the sites you mentioned. You will just have to search out folks who will want to trade. I think our community here at SCF is probably the most understanding to those types of trades, but hey I might be a little bias!
I also think it has to due with the cost of postage these days, if people are trying to make a profit it just doesn't work for them. That being said, we have plenty of collectors who are here for the love of collecting and will trade with you.
Good Luck and if you need anything do not hesitate to contact me!
Thanks,
Billy

Hey Chip and welcome to SCF. Good luck with your trading. I've done many low end transactions on this site, so I wouldn't worry about that too much.
