Finest XRC rookie is low numbered and rare since all of them were redemptions and I bet they all didnt get redeemed.
The Topps Chrome RC Auto is one of the most appealing RC Auto Cards available and this one is somewhat short printed at #/245 and it only sold for $16.
The Treasury auto is the also numbered to /25 and is rare. It only sold for $18 which I think is fair.

The Finest XRC is the only one doesn't seems kinda high even for a low numbered rc. The other two I think are at reasonable prices considering the sets they come from and the #ing. There are always set collectors out there bidding stuff up to complete their sets as well.

People are big on the Finest rookies... The entire redemption process and low numbered parts to the card is why. Same with the chrome probably

I agree with Italy & Cavsfanatic. The Chrome auto & treasury auto seem very cheap to me. I don't understand, people want to buy nice, low #'ed cards for dirt cheap but want the value to be sky high when they acquire it... lol
