I have a Casey Diagle 1/1 Printing Plate. He's a decent prospect and Jenny Finch's wife. I have no idea what kind of BV to put on it or what kind of selling price.

The only ones you can get for that cheap aren't true 1/1s. You can get Topps Printing Plates from cheap brands like Total (4 - 8 versions) and there are some UDs with multiple variations (04 Legendary Cuts Significant Fact Jerseys, 04 SPA Moments).
But of course, they aren't true 1/1s, which is why they don't sell for that much.
