Normally cc is 10cc per $1 but obviously that changes if it's a g/u or auto. Also most people will ask for a certain amount of cc for s/h. That's up to you. So with being said I would offer 100cc for the cards and s/h. Don't be sorry if you don't know. Everyone finds out sooner or later. Hey it's ok you are a CELTICS fan!! lmk either way
