    I agree. However, I do like the rest of the cards more than last years.

    This year's retro's are sick!!! haven't seen any in hand yet, but scans look great.

    I might be in the minority but i like the OPC quad.

    I dont know if anyone has noticed because it is hard to notice but you get 4 cards per box with the names of the player in white instead of gold and the grey border is a bit lighter. Also there are blank backs like last year. But check the white lettering on the 4 cards descibed.

    Couldn't that be the beard parallel? Or are they just like the base card but with another photo? Would be good if you could actually tell them apart on something more than the facial hair! Or a lot of people are not going to notice them.

    Only cards 1 to 50 in the base set have the playoff beard variation and as indicated above the player's names are in silver instead of gold in the beard variation.

    true. I had noticed this as well. many blank backs could never up in player collections...
