Excited For My New Yankees PC!

Ok well at my LCS the owner has tons of vintage stuff that i never ever look though cause I have always bought and traded the 2000's and up cards. Well anyways he has a deal that if you spend $20 in the shop you get to roll dice for cards he has put in sleeves against like a big piece of cardboard. Well today I spent my $20 worth so i got to roll...this is what I won...and remember this is FREE! (minus the $20 you have to spend haha)

Granted the edges are kinda rounded and its off center but honestly its still an awesome card! I have never been a vintage guy but getting this today has really opened my mind to it.

    Thanks guys

That's how they get you. Baseball card shops can be like drug dealers...

"Here ya go, you've won a 1960's era Phil Rizzuto".

Next thing you know, you are waking up in the middle of the night, your hands shaking, your body sweating as you think to yourself "I gotta get the Mickey Mantle to go with that!"

Congrats on the win, and congrats on having your eyes opened to the truly great era of sports cards!

That sounds like me, except when Monopoly is back at McDonald's. "This one has to have Kentucky Ave... NOOOOOOOO BALTIC! I DON'T EVEN GET THE FOOD!"
