2011 Bowman Jumbo Box Redemption
I received an email from Topps, that they haven't shipped my card in 15 week period in which my Aroldis Chapman Autograph was supposed to be sent. They said that I could demand a card of equal Beckett value if I pass up the redemption. This poses the question:
Should I?
Wait patiently (I've been waiting since June!
) for the card
or
Forget the card, and request that Topps give me a card of equal value?

Topps is hit or miss with replacements IMO
I have had good ones and bad ones with them.
Good --- Sent in a Chad Billingsly Jersey auto Replaced with a Hanley Ramirez Jersey auto
Bad--Lost Redemptions & Replacements and No tracking info....Lost cards not replaced(that Hasn't happened with anyone but Topps, and it happened twice.......

I am having the same problem with Topps myself. I got contacted by Topps today about my Alrodis Chapman Topps Tribute, and Topps Series 2 autographs. I guess they are having problems with him signing.

I got that email too about the chapman from 2011 bowman. I think I'm going to call them and try to get some PC cards

I tried contacting Topps today by phone and got an error message. Will try and call tomorrow. I just looked at my account and see that they are pending since October 5th. I hope this means they have mailed it out. Will let you know what happens.
