I really hope Delmon can swing with some authority. I'd hate to turn to Dirks or Kelly to fill the offensive void.

My worry is early in the game he hurts himself again and then you have Dirks/Kelly hitting 3rd vs a lefty (I also fear Dirks playing in general)

I read that there was a possibility of Boesch coming back if someone else gets hurt. Hell, they may as well have put Max St. Pierre or Timo Perez on the playoff roster.

Yea I read that also, but heard Boesch could only play in a pinch hit role, so he'd become worthless to have on the roster right now, especially since he hasn't played in a while.
Atleast they put Young on the roster over Clete Thomas, who I heard would've replaced Ordonez if Young couldn't go

The Tigers are going down. Texas to the world series against the Brewers is my prediction, as i feel the Cards are going down also. Then the Brew-crew will win it all.
