ebay card purchase question
im new to buying cards from ebay i bothgt a card from ebay and the guy hasnt shipped yet its been like 8 days. i tried contacting himn but he dosent reply how do i report this? or get my money back thankls

Go to Activity Tab - Purchase history. And click the "more action" scroll down menu on the right side of the troubled item.
Choose resolve a problem.
After that just fill every information asked.

Paypal is your friend too, you'll get your refund. It may take a couple weeks though.

Usually some sellers don't mark shipped when they ship cards. If it has been over 3 or 4 days PAST the latest 'estimated delivery' date, then I would take action. :)

If it's been 8 days, you've emailed the seller, and you didn't get a response. I'd file a claim. The seller should ship a day or so after the auction closes. 7 days is my limit. If I don't hear anything, I go to the resolution center.
