where have you seen it being a $4 card? I know I've put some of mine up on a different site called Listia and it has sold for well over 1500 points. To put that in perspective for 1100 points on that site I bought a certified Mike Tyson autographed photo. Also seen them at card shows in regular top loaders go for $15-25 each

I have seen them at card shows on the $1 table. its just a base card in an easy to obtain set. its print run is probably a couple hundred thousand.

you should have snatched them up because they are pretty hard to find. Heck its impossible to even find a box of 2004 Pacific TNA. If they were just for $1 its probably more the case of a misinformed dealer. I had that before with a dealer that didn't know much about hockey cards. Bought several $60 hockey autographs that were in his $2 or 3 for $5 bin

Just because Beckett (or any other price guide for that matter) says it's a $4 card doesn't mean that it's accurate. I recently bought a 2000 Playoff Momentum Tom Brady RC at a local show for $50 (because it "booked" $150) and re-sold it less than 24 hours later for $380. Is that an apples/oranges comparison? Maybe-but it illustrates how out of touch with true values the people who print the price guides can be.

these were ending at $.99 with no bids a few months ago on ebay. these cards ARE NOT rare. they can't be compared to an expensive auto card bc its not one. its a base card that is not short printed.

apparently its just a hot card at the moment. once the flood gates open and everyone starts listing hundreds of them it will go back down.
