So how do I go about requesting a replacement from Panini?

Alright, I've never dealt much with redemptions, but it's been over 10 months and counting on this 10-11 Panini Prestige Evan Turner auto RC #/25 and nothing so far, so I'm going to request a replacement or replacements. Is there a way on their website to do this or is there just an email address that I can contact them through and provide them the information in an email? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    Sorry.
Try this phone number... (817) 662-5203. I didn't see an email address anywhere on their site. Odd.

its all done through the same system you used to request the redemption in the first place...i have 10 redemptions outstanding for a year or more and requested replacements on all of them...have not received a single response...nevermind the cards. worst part is ive seen some of the cards i have requested on ebay...so some of the redemptions have been fulfilled...good luck
