Panini Certified Redemption
My son got a box of Certified hockey last year in late Oct/early Nov and got a freshman fabrics auto redemption /499. We have not received the card yet and I have left about 12 phone messages at Panini over the past 4 months without a return call from them. I have also emailed their customer support to no response. Is this normal behavoir from them?
I saw the guys that run it at the Toronto Expo last year and they seemed really on the ball and nice guys and even gave my little guys some cards.
Is there any way to get through to them? I think someone on this site posts - can anyone contact him to help me out?

Unfortunately this has been a pretty common theme for the past few months regarding their customer service phone lines and emails. They got way behind and have been trying to play catch-up ever since.
The Certified rookie redemptions had to be built from scratch since the players they had originally checklisted ended up not playing last year. They had to get new players, new memorabilia, new autographs, etc etc. That said, this process has been a lengthy one and what was once a really strong positive for them (having auto/mem RC's in the first product of the year) has turned into a bit of a nightmare.
Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...

I think when they moved in march put them way behind. They owe me about 40 cards right now. One all the way from January. Best thing to do is get on there and put update or repsonse on the forum where you redeemed the card. They told me several times waiting on the player to sign etc. They still owe me another Kobe auto and one guy I know pulled one over the summer from certified and got his already. I pulled mine from Limited about 6 months ago and still have yet to recieve it. I do have to say Topps doesn't make you wait no where as long.
