Your hair
Hair isn't something we ordinarily give much thought to, but I've gotten all kinds of comments on mine over the years. Here is the main reason why:
I've tried all kinds of products, many to little avail. Hairdressers I've met are never quite certain what products to recommend. I'd like to attribute this to a parent, but neither of my parents have hair like this.
Are any of you in a similar boat? What do you do to keep people out of your hair (pun intended)?

Hair? At least you have hair, lol. I will ask my wife and see what she says that you should do?

Is your wife a hairdresser, or does she have coarse, curly hair? Let me know what she thinks. Motions hair products have typically worked the best for me, but still, that isn't saying much. :) Perhaps I should use them more often than indicated? The mass market ones I've used (Pantene, etc.) are all far too geared toward fine textured hair.

No she's not a hair dresser but with all the time and money she spends on haircare she should be.

My daughter has hair like that, but it's 10x thicker. She straightens her hair...

My wife and one of my daughters has hair that is "naturally curly" they like to call it. They like to straighten it quite a bit, but I have no idea what kind of products they use. My youngest daughter is "blessed" with straight hair so she is told.

This is what my wife reccomends:
MIX CHICKS PRODUCT AND MRS JESSIES
I don't know anything about women's hair care so google them and see if it is something you would want to try.

Hil, wow. That's pretty amazing, because my hair is so thick that combs get stuck in it sometimes, lol.
habs, gotta say the response to your youngest is pretty typical. Occasionally someone with really flat hair will tell me they wish they had my hair, and I always wonder why because I'd estimate that well over 80% of most women have either fine textured or straight hair (often both together), and curly hair has been out of style since the mid 1990s.
