Dwight Howard conflicted on future
Dwight Howard conflicted on future
It's the biggest question about the biggest guy in Orlando's lineup: Will Dwight Howard re-sign with the Magic or continue his quest for an NBA title elsewhere?
"There's more you can do in a bigger place. I'm stuck in a tough position because I feel like right now, where I'm at, I've done so much. And I just don't know what else I can do. I can't live for everybody else," Howard told the magazine.

I say the heat put a package together with Bosh and get Howard. He's most likely going to leave and the magic are going to want something for him midseason and not get anyone back at the end of the year like what happened with Shaq.

Magic got too big for their britches and broke up a team that had come together for one that looked good on paper. I'll take it even further, they may have won it all had they not made the ridiculous decision to re-insert Jameer into game 1 of the Finals after sitting for months. So yeah there's not much else Howard can do there. They've screwed the team up and upon realizing it, he wants out.

He's already decided he's going to leave. Well then I say let the season be cancelled. For that matter, let the league permanently disband. If we can't have Dwight, then no one can.

I would leave if I was him also, the organization has managed to make the team worse in the last few years. It's not like they keep improving the team every season

Great move by the Big Guy...and this is one of the reason they want to make some changes to the league and the way they handle free agents of this caliber. He is going to get a lot of money and would not be fun to see him go to the Heat, Lakers or NY

All the terrible moves (Gilbert Arenas, Jason Richardson, Vince Carter etc.) have torn the Magic apart...no one would blame him, I think, even a Magic fan like myself.
