Anyone has any problem contacting UD customer service?
I've been trying to contact UD via email and phone for 2 weeks to get a case number for a card replacement per instructed on their website. No one has replied my email request and every time I called them, it was a long hold. I was on the call for over 30 mins last week and eventually I hangup. This is extremely difficult for me as I am currently in Asia right now.
just curious to see if anyone in NA has this problem or not?

The best way to contact them is through the phone and i as well have had the half hour wait time before. But their had been other times i have gotten through in abut 5 minutes, luck of the draw i guess

Yes, I had a major problems to contact them. And I had a very bad experiense of them. Good luck, you'll need that.

lots of people call them. you just have to wait your turn in line.

Probably not what you want to hear but the reality is UD has very bad quality and even worse cs. They absolutely killed the fun of busting boxes for me. I put more effort into earning my money then what they put in there products, not cool and not worth it.
Collecting:Leafs Matthews, Marner, Nylander, Conacher, Horner, Broda, Bower, Clark, Gilmour and others.
