    Dominion Tape to Tape

Sorry if this has been mentioned before on a similar product, but with regards to the above and its print run of just /20 per card, how difficult would it be for Panini, or Upper Deck on their cards, to pin-point which game this certain stick tape came from?

One would think it would be quite a task, but can you imagine if it was verified that, for example, Lemieux scored a hat-trick with the stick on card number 03/20 as oppose to no goals on card 05/20.

Or is this a reason why they possibly wouldn't match a date because some cards will not have such a high value compared to others?

    Just curious.

    Thank you.

The last time Panini gave us a date on a jersey on this forum, they said a Denis Savard Logo Shield card came from a 88-89 blackhawks sweater. The shield was post lockout and obviously new. I have some doubts on a lot of the industry's authentication.
