My first post.
Hello, one and all. This is the second trading site I've joined. I also am currently at Trading Card Central and have been there for a few years. I have well over 100 transactions on that site and have had no problems either from my end or the other traders side. I collect only Yankee stuff, so am eager to trade off the rest of my material. This looks like an excellent site and I look forward to a long association with it. Thanks for having me.

Thanks, all. Just to expand a bit on my background. My only other trading site is TCC--on that site I have completed over 100 transactions with no complaints. I worked at being through, honest, quick and accurate in my transactions. And I plan on working the same way here. My biggest collecting goal is to have a card for every player on every Yankee team from 1903 to present. That is so huge that I've broken that into to two areas-Pre '50 and after '50. I have completed the 1950 to present part at about the 90% level. What that means is that for each year I've copied the full roster from the net and for every Yankee that has a plate appearance or faced a batter. And I plan to have a card for him. If possible, I want that same year's card. However, I am not Bill Gates, so I realize that I cannot possibly afford a full '52 Yankee team in Topps cards. :) So, any Mantle card will do. As one may suspect the most difficult cards for me to find are the commons, not stars. I have all the Mantle's I need (well, not that I need, for one cannot have too many mantle's--can they????)--and all the other stars.
In the pre '50's I have about 25% of those cards--thank goodness for reprints. :)
And I also collect all the Yankee stars and have a fairly large Jeter collection. I have about 150 Yankee auto's and about 250 Yankee GU'ed--including a Ruth bat card, a Gehrig pants card several Joe D. GU'ed and auto's, as well as a few Mantle auto's and GU'ed. I guess one of my prizes would be a Berra card with 3 GU'ed and an auto numbered 1/1--my white whale, if they even exist any more.
Anyway, I really look forward to being on this site.
