Selling Turtle Beach X12 Headset for Xbox 360

This headset was opened, used once, and never used again. I bought it last week for my friend and he already had a headset, as do I, so that is why I'm selling these. This headset is in mint condition with no flaws. It is a wired headset...no charging required. All cords and plug-ins are included. I even have the factory box as well. I'm selling this headset for $40 DLVD. The $40 includes shipping which can get pricey with items this size...will most likely be $10 or so to ship. Pictures can be sent upon request. Again, this headset is brand new, only used once for about an hour or so. No wear at all. I can ship same day as bought if bought before 3pm central time.
