The last thing ever awarded a premium due to an error was the 1991-92 Vladimir Konstantinov OPC Premier Rookie Card.
Since then, anything with an error is worth even less than the original, including this dope who is selling AIR.

I collect the wrapper but mainly so I can see the odds in the back when member have specific question. But I see no value in them unless they would be very old. There is a market for old wrapper but never saw any recent one sell. In vintage some want to get them along with a set. I have a price guide that do price open wrapping or enveloppe they would mail the promo item before the 1950 when they were more promotion item then retail pack. for instance a 1954-55 Topps 5 cent wrapper can go for 700$ according to the Vintage Hockey Collector price guide. There is also a 1 cent wrapper from the same set goes for 500$ BV. A wrapper of 1971-72 book at 150$.
These would be hard to move as the market for them is very small but it does exist. I keep all my boxes and 2 wrapper of each. I also colelct all wrapper with habs on it.

I once saw nothing, actually "Nothing. If you're the winning bidder, you will send me the money and I will send you absolutely nothing. Guaranteed".
It went for $40
