That's why there is always a risk selling high end stuff on eBay. But that doesnt mean all international buyers are bad. The trick is, never sell expensive stuff on eBay, it's just not worth it. High fees, high risk, for what?

Bad buyers don't just come from outside US, US have their fair share of bad buyers too. I sell on eBay too, and US buyers happen to be the most problematic ones. They made up less than 10% of my sales, but gave me 80% of my problems!
