    WCW Nitro Break

Had a couple boxes stowed away and after getting a major pc wcw auto in the mail today I decided to open them on up. I paid a lot for them so I realize I probably lost money but they are so fun to open. One box had nothing. Topps even shorted me by a chrome card in each box. The second box gave me this:

It is not fs or ft. It is really mint so I am thinking about grading it. These on-card autos had troubles with chipping on the back edges and this one has none. Do you guys think the auto would grade a 10 from bgs?

Wow man that is awesome! The auto looks pretty prestine to me, I know some of them look pretty smudged. What was your mail day?

Awesome pull! I think it would grade well! Don't have much experience with grading but I see anything wrong with that card

I cant see why the auto wouldnt be a 10, but everything else has to be perfect. I have cards graded 9 where the corners are graded 8.5 and i cant see a flaw at all........its really annoying.

Geoff, are you starting to collect these again or just picking out favs??? It wasnt so long ago you sold all of yours?????

I have 3 other wcw 9.5's in my possession and it pretty much looks like the same condition. i just didn't want the autograph itself to grade a 9. I am ok if the card grades a 9. I did sell pretty much all of them but about 10 a little while back. I regretted selling several and I have been working on trying to get them back. I am not going for the whole set again by any means. It seems too expensive at this point. I really just wanted to get some graded as I have a few others that went straight from packs to cases and are in really good shape. This was by far my best pull from this stuff and my girlfriend is the one who actually pulled it. I saw the "C" and thought Cyclope and got really disappointed for a second.

As far as I can see the auto may not get a 10 becasue of the G in henning. I dont know how picky they are with these older autos but the g seems to have a little fade to it compared to the rest of the signature. I know that was a big issue with the Bryce Harpers autos this year, but like I said, I dont know how big of deal it is with these older ones

that is what i was thinking too. i have seen them give a 9 for the auto on cards where I can see absolutely nothing wrong with it and then them give a 9 for an almost completely faded auto.
