$98 for the Best Card I can get

Title says it all. Have $98, looking for the best card I can get. Please post pics. Not looking at buckets right now, as I am on my phone.
I have a simple thread, trying to get the best card I can for $98. If I can get the card cheaper on ebay, I'm obviously going to do so! I have done this numerous times on here and it has worked out just fine, people looking for a quick sell without taking the time to post on ebay and hassle with the ebay fees etc. I can apprecaite your views, however its simple, if you disagree with my post, please don't post on my thread.

$115 gift payment. Won't find a cleaner, raw card. Still in the same top loader Topps shipped it in.
