Insert Inspection: 2011-12 Limited Hockey Brothers in Arms & Retired Numbers
The Panini America team returns from the corporate homeland of Modena, Italy, on Monday. And when we arrive back in the office on Tuesday, you can bet we’ll have tons of images and updates from our quality time spent in Modena, Venice and Milan.
So just to buy us just a little more time until then (while also providing a meaningful sneak peek into the upcoming 2011-12 Limited Hockey), here’s a look at two can’t-miss inserts from the set: Brothers in Arms (a unique two-player, game-worn-memorabilia tribute to the top goalies in the game) and Retired Numbers, a legendary set that tends to speak for itself.

I was hoping Brothers in Arms would feature NHL siblings. At least that's what the name seemed to imply. There are hundreds of NHL siblings to fill out a set, even if you limit it to the more well known players.
Current players could include the Schenns, Staals, Kostitsyns, Sedins, Koivus, etc. . .
Retirees? Sutters, Lindros, Courtnalls, even the Carlsons (from slapshot).
Also - noticed two different version of the Dallas Stars Borthers in Arms cards?Last edited by Drewk86a; 10-24-2011 at 03:06 PM.
