Need some help regarding Paypal...

Hello everyone, I'm looking for some input regarding a purchase I made from a member on here.

I have sent the Paypal to their account, but it shows up in my "Paypal Overview" as being unclaimed. When I click to see the details of the transaction, it tells me that the e-mail address I have sent to is unregistered.

I asked the member if they sent me the correct e-mail address that they use for Paypal and they said yes.

Soooo I am wondering what any potential issues may be and if someone is able to help us out?

Did they get notification that it was sent?

I had that happen to me not to long ago..... but it was a mistake in the email they sent me. I'd ask them to double check it.

It is possible that they haven't completed all the steps to register their pp acct.
This has happened to me and once the other person registered completely the money went thru.
