Autocut is correct. Scoreboard only provided a paper COA that was in black and white and they didn't do anything to provide a link to the paper COA and the item. You will never really know if the COA came with the ball unless you bought the item directly from Scoreboard. I did receive a Willie Mays auto ball in the early 90's from a relative and it passed PSA.

I have alot of baseballs signed by them 9-Ripken And 9-ryan balls from them. and all passsed PSA/DNA...it was a great company until they went under.

yeah I was one of the un lucky ones who sent in about 24 redemptions for autographed balls pucks and photos yada yada yada and to top it off i had to pay them 5 bucks a pop yup 5 bucks per redemption card and got nothing in return not even a kiss

Scoreboard had a lot of legit things including classic card company. The coas signed by the fathe Paul Goldin seem to be a lot safer than when the son Ken took over. Be especially careful on the mantle & dimaggios lot of legits but much more fakes. One of the biggest distributers of the product was Smokeys in Las Vegas. During the FBIs "operation bullpen" Smokeys had in their possession the template for the coas as well as the COA stamp and forged many to fill orders etc after scoreboard folded. So in my opinion buying anything scoreboard is a huge risk.
