I've done fairly well digging through the 1.49 bargain bins at Target...you can find some hard to find packs in there at times...

I like buying the guaranteed two g/u or auto packs for $9.99. The g/u or almost always nice patches.

I've seen some Topps Retired Signatures there... guaranteed retired player signature ($30-I think)... They always have Bowman's Best, too ($15)... go with the guaranteed auto.

Yeah I got a pack of Titanium FB for $9.99 at Target and got a dual Culpepper/Moss jersey. Pretty sweet since I like both players and always wanted to pull a Moss jersey.

The $15 grab boxes at Target used to be good when they had guaranteed game-used packs in them. Now they just come with a common auto or a worthless gold-etched card.

Boxes of Upper Deck/Topps Opening Day are $19.99 and have a g/u in them. Topps draft are 1:24 odds with 8 packs per box so your looking at 1:3 boxes getting a hit. I think UD Draft are 1:12 so every other box should have something decent.

Now If you have a Toys R Us in town check them out. Mine has $20 Sweet Spot and Play Ball boxes which are pretty much a given to get something out of.

I've only seen football. It says something like two guaranteed g/u auto on it. I don't think many targets have them. I have about 4 in my area in only 1 carries it.
