    Photo Question

So I was playing with some things on Piknik (the photo-editing site) and found that you can resize the resolution on photos there...it worked for the purpose I needed (made another photo high-rez and usable for an online program).

It got me thinking: could I do the same thing to print off sports photos? Like, say I found a photo way too small to be an 8x10. Can you resize it so that it can be printed as an 8x10?

Forgive me for the fact that I don't do any photo editting and print off even fewer photos for autographs...just a thought!

If its too small and you tried stretching it out to a larger size for an 8x10 it would come out all pixelated and stuff...

Like even if you change the resolution to be large enough for an 8x10?

Try it out. I have. Scanned post card sized photos with my printer set to a very high resolution and made that postcard into a perfect 11x17.
