All I need is the 1/1!!! Need help finding it!

So i've been extremely lucky. I bought all the variations of Jason Williams 03-04 Flair Final autographs from 1 guy! besides the 1/1. He said he sold it to a guy a few months ago but i checked his feedback history and found nothing and he's gonna get back to me if he finds it. The even luckier part was, I lost the auction for the /10 platinum version but he luckily had another that I bought off him.

Only one problem, (probably isnt a problem but try and help me anyways) The /3 black version looks alittle odd to me. When you see "flair final edition" its on the right side of the card but on all the other variations its on the left side. Also the numbering is 001/003 but the /10 is 09/10. Also the numbering is in black but it is the black version and its like that with all the other variations. He also had the /10 card authenticated but not graded and the /3 not authenticated or graded??? I dont have a scanner so it's really hard to explain but the top of the card is slightly off centered(I'm not talking about the cards centering). It raises a few eyebrows please help me out.
