Hendrick had no problems letting Kyle go, and I don't see Gibbs being any different. In this economy, if it's between Kyle and M&M's, you take M&M's 200 times out of 200. It's a no-brainer.

according to jayski M&M's sponsors 30 of the 36 races this season. You don't want to lose a primary sponsor like that.

Pushing Kevin Harvicks car into a wall on pit road and almost hitting several by-standards.
Going 128 mph in a 45 zone.
Flipping off a race official

Harvick is just as guilty for the incident, he dished it, so why couldn't he take it?
