Those who buy to re-sell
Andrew Bailey Supercollector: 224/255 not including 1/1's (87.8%); 254/458 cards including 1/1's(55.5%)

those that want high beckett BV for their cards for low beckett bv for my cards!
those that ask for a price on a card being sold and then they "disappear" you never hear from them again. why cant they just respond with a no thanks!
those who know a card is worth for example $20 and offer $1.00 dlvd for it!
those that make a trade with me and dont send the card(s) and ignore my messages.
when someone has a card that they know i REALLY want or REALLY need and they "price gouge" knowing I want or need it!
when i see something i want at a card table at a show, i decide to "think" about it, when i make up my mind i want it, i go back and it is gone!
buying a whole box of cards looking for a pujols, harper or strasburgh auto and i get a aramis ramirez game used card!

Can you go more into detail?
I don't see what's wrong with buying to resell. I buy and resell alot. Mainly with base/inserts though. People who don't want the cards and would rather sell for cost of shipping to clear out space.
I'll also buy local players and sell them at shows for profit. Don't see the issue with it though.

Those who sit on their butts in front of a computer 24/7 nagging people for a low deal on a lot only to turn around and sell them for 150% what they bought them for, all while being rude when somebody asks for a lower price.

I'd attribute it more because of being 'behind the computer screen'. Chances are most people wouldn't act that way in person, but get the confidence of being on the internet.
