From what I can see, it's one of Score's "surprise" subsets. A few people have pulled un-numbered Hot Rookies. I have no idea exactly how rare they are, but they seem to be about as rare as the auto cards.

I got a feeling they are just error cards lol, but at least gives people something else to chase. Reason being theres other errors involved in this set, like all the Boston Bruins glossy inserts dont say glossy on them :\
