You can email topps about the code card. Some of the Diamond code cards in these boxes aren't working. They'll check to make sure the code wasn't used and will reset it. I had the same thing happen to me and was able to use my code 48 hrs after emailing topps customer service.

BTW...taking any card cash? If so, LMK how much for this one in PWE:

Ok thanks I did that and I still haven't recieved a reply. Do you have a certain place to contact them at? I had the same problem a few months ago about recieving some cards that were damaged and never recieved a response either

And for the rodriguez shoot me a offer for cardcash I will most likely accept anything reasonable I have no idea the bv on it

the diamond giveaway site is currently under construction, when this happened to me the codes that that I entered were actually in my account even though there was no record of a card being added when I input the code. The other codes worked when I added them after the site was up & running again

Yeah that's what happened to me it let me dig for a ring and said here's your card but there was no evidence of a card at all
