I need paypal help
i haver payed through paypal on ebay hundreds of times then on nov 4 I won an auction i tried to pay and it says we are unable to process this payment. So on the 7th i think i found out why i check the box the says donate a 1$ to this foundation and it goes through. well today i realize only the 1$ went through and not the $20.00 for the item. so i do the samething today check the box and it goes through and it says i earned the 0.37 ebay bucks. Guess what it only took my 1$ and payment didnt go through and the item is still unpaid.
