49ers Win 1st game
The Mike Nolan Era begins with a big win over the Rams. The defense, which was injury-prone last year and also in the cellar in defensive statistics, provided 7 sacks and a key interception in the closing minutes. Bryant Young had 3 sacks and Julian Peterson recorded 2 sacks.

Hell yeah!!!!
I'm not going to get too excited, though. Let's face it, they were playing the Lambs. The defense should be greatly improved with a healthy Julian Peterson and Lloyd, Battle and Amey are pretty exciting receivers. I'm hoping the Niners play for 4 quarters against the Eagles and give them all they have. Nolan has already changed the mindset in Frisco. We're on the way back.
