I hear the pitbull can have up to 15 puppies. I also noticed a couple of things about pitbull births, like if they have 15 puppies, the mother could not have enough milk for them all and other stuff like the puppies can come out either way and one must be careful or a puppie can die. Other issues that the mother will be very grouchy and might snap.
mine is due any day now and hoping for the best.
Anyone with experience in the subject feel free to comment

yeah try not to handle any one puppy too much (especially early on) as your scent gets on the puppy & the mother might start rejecting it, denying it food or even killing it. maybe wear gloves or use purell before you pick em up.
also watch out for parvo
yeah only let people the mother is real familiar with near her, she's going to need a separate area for her to nurse & recover. maybe look into a baby pool, throw some old blankets in there for comfort, its raised so the puppies won't be all over the place making messes, it'll stay in the pool. when you're done with it you can either hose it off or toss it
