    i think its an error and he just added the 1/1 on the case or something because it doesnt have the actual serial numbering

    No it is a expo exclusive either the Las Vegas or Chicago National.

    Both Panini do have hand-marked cards for serial-numbering on certain cards. Also, checklists are rarely complete. Sometimes, even the Beckett listings don't cover them in a timely manner. Always best check with the manufacturer about those.
