Seriously!?
If someone paid anything approaching $18000 for that card you should have mailed him a life.

Actually, the card was traded in the very common: 26 <for> 1 type deal.
Since the RC patches were three, four and even "five" colors and came from some of the best players out there, the dollar figure quickly soared.
A couple of friends, still think it's crazy turning down a five figure cash offer even if the end results netted a four-color Stamkos or five-color Kane RC (plus others) but crazy is after-all, just a diagnosis.
Of course, turning around and trading all of these multi-colored RC patches a week later......well that's just plain nuts:)

So lemme get this straight:
I saw that you pulled the Subban The Cup 1/1 on here a month and a half ago.
1. I recall you turning down 4K
2. I recall you coming and making others guess what you were selling it for
3. I recall you coming and making others guess what you sold it for
4. Yesterday you said it sold for double $9,000.00 (but winked) which to me is BS
5. Today you come on here telling us that you did a 26 to 1 card trade for the Subban, then stupidly dumped the other 26 cards willy-nilly and didn't get $4000.00?
Is this now what you are telling us?

And to add, it was on eBay for $9500. So someone "paid" almost twice that instead of hitting the BIN.
