    I just threw this one together in about 10 minutes.
    I've never even thought to do this until reading this post.
    Not sure if this is what you are trying to do, but it was done with screen captures from a video and then I turned it into a GIF.
    Look up how to use the animation tools in Photoshop if you want something like this.
    (I realize now that the animation looks a little too quick)
