2007-08 Topps black/white borders

I am a hockey guy and when I got some 07-08 topps rookies I noticed some had black borders and white. Is their a premium for either or?

I am pretty sure the black borders are the normal set. The white borders are from a "boxed" set of rookies only that sold at places like Target. I can't remember the retail price of the boxed set, but I think it was super cheap. Hope that helps a little.

^ yup, in fact the white borders seem to sell for less than the reg's, there was also an orange border set in retail.
