It's Offical EBAY is a Freaking Joke

Ok, i'm going to go off on a little rant here. I have been buying and selling on ebay now for over 6 years, and today I get an email from Ebay saying they are removing one of my items due to authenticity, and if I try to relist the item again my account will be suspend or terminated.

So I call Ebay to find out what this is all about, and they tell me the item has been removed because they have had many complaints from prospective buyers who are saying this item is fake. 1 since when are ebay buyers the authority on whats fake and not and 2. the item has a COA.

Ok now heres the catch, I bough this very item off ebay not to long ago!! When I bought this to their attention, the guy on the other end was literally at a loss for words, and all he could do is repeat his prior statement of "item has been removed because they have had many complaints from prospective buyers who are saying this item is fake"

In years past Ebay use to be a great place to buy and sell, but it seems now a days it has all gone down hill!!

It is just how eBay is now a days. All the protection is there for the buyers and they just leave the sellers out in the cold on anything. I mean you can't even give negative feedback to buyers anymore which I don't understand for a minute. Its why people that sell cards and memorabilia needs to find better options to sell their cards online than eBay. Bad part is nothing gets as many "casual" collectors as eBay.

Sportscardrage- I complete agree with everything you said, but the point i was trying to make towards them was, how come I was able to purchase the so called fake auto.. I told them that i should be refunded and that the can looking back and see I bought this item off ebay, and was told " they were sorry and cant do that"
