97-98 McDonald's Ice Gold Cards Question
Are they the short print variation, or are some just red, some blue and some gold.
If the Gold are SP's, how short are they?
I know so very little about this set, any answers would be appreciated

97-98 McDonalds? dont think there are any? u mean 07-08 McDs with the gold /100?

Yeah I know the set, have some here, have few sets back home, but there is definitely no parallels in this set :\
the 98-99 set were almost the exact same design but besides the clear everything else was gold, could this be it?

Hey Tim all the 98-99 set was gold. Starting at card 22 was the rookies, and they were slightly different style, but gold too.
The 97-98 were with blue foil highlights, and grey upper left background up till card 22, then from 23 to 32 were the goalies with an orange/red trim. After that were rookies that were silver trimmed.Last edited by Goose97; 12-04-2011 at 09:33 PM.

It was just a matter of which cards in the set - some of the later numbers (rookies, I think) had gold trim. For sure not a parallel, and for sure not an SP.
If you're working on a set - shoot me a PM. I'm 98% sure I've got a ton of doubles.
