    Im New To Paypal!!help!!

    If i want to recieve payments from paypal what do i have to do?

    Do i need to confirm a bank account in order to recieve payments?

    You have to at least have a bank account hooked up. You can also have a Credit Card on file.

    When people send you money it goes to your PayPal Balance waiting to be moved. It stays there until you either spend it or transfer it to your bank account.
