    How do you send out 11 x 14's?

    I didn't know envelopes got that big? Do you use a tube mailer?

    Go get 12" x 15 1/2" clasp envelopes. I ordered 100 from Amazon.

    Put your return info on one with 6-7 stamps and fold it in half and put it in with a sharpie and letter of request and donation. I add a sharpie to every request now after getting some back signed in pen.

    I cut out the front of a toploader, leaving about in inch around the inside,
    and put my picture in. I do this so the athlete does not have to take it out of the toploader to sign it, but still protects the picture. I then cut out a piece of cardboard and tape the toploader to it to make it more sturdy.

    It end result looks like this:

    Yes, I use the ones that I believe are 22 inches long. 7 forever stamps do the trick for return postage. I send them in the Prority Poster boxes, that are pyramid shaped.
